It occurs when the customer wishes to return any product without there being any type of incident, either due to regret, change of mind, or it is not to the buyer's liking. You can return it without further question. The term to notify this return is 14 calendar days (only for end customers) from receipt by the customer, if it is a holiday, leave a record by e-mail of the intention of the commercial return.
Once we have received it, we will proceed to process the return.
The usual procedure will be as follows:
We will contact you to inform you of the acceptance of the return, and the delivery address, which must be clearly indicated on the packaging. You must deliver and send us the product within 5 business days from the date on which the acceptance of the return was communicated to you. Our company is responsible for delivering the product in perfect condition. In the event of a return, the customer must also send us the product in perfect condition, taking care to pack it perfectly and/or contract transport insurance if he deems it necessary.
Everest will refund the customer the amount of the product in its entirety if it is returned in perfect condition. Shipping Expenses to the customer are not reimbursed if it has been sent to the customer by an Urgent transport service, such as Seur, Correos Express, Dhl Express, which make urgent deliveries within 24 to 72 hours nationwide. There are other slower transport methods and without shipping tracking that can take up to 15 days for delivery. By default we always use the Express fast delivery service, unless the client explicitly requests in the comments of their order that I sent you by a traditional method and not express.
Therefore, in the event of a return due to regret, the amount of the urgent delivery will be deducted from the payment, which may be different depending on the weight, volume and delivery area. (The costs are different in the Peninsula, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and other countries, which will carry a plus that will be added to the amounts below, please consult the specific shipping costs for your area and product) In the case If the product had a promotion or offer with free shipping costs, or that they were partly subsidized by Everest when making the purchase, in the case of a return, the following amounts derived from the shipping costs of the transport company will be deducted (Expenses in Peninsular Spain), that is, the free postage or subsidies on the part of the shipments are subject to the delivery and acceptance of the order, for orders rejected on delivery, or returns due to regret, they do not access free postage or postage subsidies .
For orders sent and that are not accepted at the time of delivery, and are returned for reasons beyond Everest's control, the customer will be responsible for the cost of round trip transportation, according to the rate indicated on these lines.
For Ceuta, Melilla, and the Canary Islands, check prices with the Commercial Department, since they affect other expenses such as Customs, Transits, Taxes, etc.
Everest will proceed to refund the money within a maximum period of 14 days, once you have received the product and verified that it is in perfect condition.
Throughout the entire process, we will keep you promptly informed via email.

If the product is not returned in conditions for sale, the amount of the return of the product to its original state will be charged.
Incidents due to wrong delivery
It occurs when the delivered product does not match the one specified in the order, or detects that the product does not work correctly within 48 hours of receiving it. Remember to attach a photo of the damage, the box, the product packaging and the package label (it is essential to attach this information within 48 hours in order to process your transport claim. If you do not meet the requirements, transport will close your claim.
If this happens, you must notify Everest immediately, and within a period of less than 48 hours from receipt, by sending an e-mail to Info. Once we receive said e-mail, Info@everestt.es will begin to process your incident. If you received damaged packaging, it is very important that you indicate this on the carrier's delivery note at the time of receipt. Failure to note external damage to the product or packaging on the carrier's delivery note could cause the transport insurance to not take charge of the damage.

The batteries and the controller of our products are guaranteed for 6 months from the date of purchase. For the rest of the parts that do not undergo maintenance, they will be 2 years including the engine.
Packaging condition
If the box arrives with obvious damage, the guarantee is not covered. We recommend taking photographs before collecting it for subsequent recovery by the transport company and using the original packaging whenever possible.
Symptoms of misuse
If the product shows clear signs of misuse, the customer must pay for transport, in addition to €30 for the technical work carried out. The product was sent after the transfer was made. If the client requests it, a repair estimate will be made.
Punctures and low tire pressure
The guarantee does not cover any of the 2 previous cases. In these cases, the client must pay for transport, plus €20 for the working time used by the technician.
